In order to receive commissions you MUST fill out a W9 form. You can do it online or download the form, fill it out and send it by FAX to 1-888-281-2234. Remember; if you are going to fax it add your ID number on the fax to avoid delays.

 Update your Contact Information and Opt-In

2. Many of our communications essential to your Ardyss business will be communicated through your Back Office and via email. In order to stay on top of the latest Ardyss communications, you must provide a valid email address and opt-in below to receive important notifications. To update your personal information simply click on “Personal Info” from your Back Office main menu and choose from the Contact Information section “Update” to update your email and phone information.

Ardyss has a new and improved commission payment system. This is not a credit card so there is no qualification process. This is a debit card that all Ardyss Distributors will receive. Distributors get paid faster and have all the conveniences of a debit card by signing up for the Ardyss VISA Prepaid Card. All commissions will be placed on your Ardyss VISA Prepaid Card account; therefore, it’s essential you sign-up today to have your card mailed to you so you can get paid!

Simply go to:http://ardyss.theamericascard.com to sign up.

a. Click “Forms”

b. Click “VISA Prepaid Sign Up Form” (choose your language preference)

c. Fill out the form online and submit, or print and fax to (858) 456-1455, or scan and email to ardyss@theamericascard.com.

d. If submitting the form online, check your email after submitting and click on the link in the email to confirm your enrollment. (Note: Be sure to check your junk/spam mail folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. Your enrollment isn’t complete until you click the link to confirm.)

e. As soon as you receive the Ardyss Visa Prepaid Card activate the card by following the instructions on the card
